Quality Improvement Programme

The Primary Care Quality Improvement (QI) Programme strengthens QI culture across Sussex general practice and supports GP practices, PCNs and Integrated Community Teams (ICTs) to improve care, strengthen teamwork and achieve better outcomes for patients and staff.

Working in partnership across Sussex

Commissioned by the NHS Sussex ICB and delivered in partnership with practices through the Primary Care Provider Collaborative (PCPC), the programme brings together clinical, operational and managerial leaders from across Sussex to work on shared priorities, build local capability and embed sustainable QI approaches at neighbourhood level.
