Regardless of the scale of either delivery or decision making, the work of the collaborative must not undermine the sustainability of delivery at the smallest unit, Primary Care – practice and pharmacy level.
The Primary Care Provider Collaborative is led by a Board which includes representatives from across primary care, both providers and statutory committees, an independent Chair and Managing Director. Full details of the Board are here. Board posts are elected biannually.

The PCPC Board meets on a fortnightly basis, minutes of the meeting are shared with ICT leads in addition to all members.
Sussex Integrated Health Community Interest Company (CIC) is the delivery arm of PCPC and is made up of the GP Federations in Sussex and the Community Pharmacy provider organisation for the South East.
The CIC has a shared vision and principles with PCPC. Its purpose is to deliver services sustainably and innovatively and support primary care.

The PCPC supports Primary Care leadership and representation in Neighbourhood Health through ICT (Integrated Community Team) leads for General Practice and Community Pharmacy. Full details of the current PCPC leads in each are here.
The PCPC leads meet together in a Sussex-wide panel and on a Place basis to ensure two-way communication on the strategic direction and integrated working for Primary Care in Sussex.
Through our delivery arm, PCPC are a member of the Neighbourhood Alliance.
