Digital Innovation

Our Community of Practice brings people together to share learning, test ideas and support safe, practical use of digital tools in everyday care.

Supporting safe and practical digital innovation across Sussex primary care

Our Digital Innovation workstream supports people across primary care to explore how digital tools, data and new ways of working can improve care, reduce duplication and make everyday work easier for staff.

We are interested in practical digital innovation that helps solve real problems in primary care. This includes improving patient experience, reducing clinical and administrative burden, helping teams share information more easily, supporting neighbourhood working and making digital services more inclusive and accessible.

We want to understand what helps digital change work well, what needs to be in place for safe use, and how learning from one team can help others across Sussex.
