Sussex Primary Care Providers Collaborative (“Sussex PCPC”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we handle personal information submitted through our website.

1. Who we are

The Sussex Primary Care Provider Collaborative (PCPC) brings together leaders from across Sussex primary care – including representatives from general practice, community pharmacy, dentistry and optometry, alongside members from their representative committees.

We provide a collective voice for primary care, working in partnership with the NHS Sussex Integrated Care Board (ICB) and wider system partners to shape and deliver services that benefit our local communities.
